When and where is SFBFM 2027?

SFBFM 2027 takes place Wednesday, July 14, 2027 at the Broward County Convention Center, 1950 Eisenhower Blvd, Fort Lauderdale, FL 33316.

How much does it cost to attend SFBFM?

Attending SFBFM is free for qualified buildings and facilities management professionals, including the trade show floor and all conference sessions.

How do I register for SFBFM 2027?

Register online for free at sfbfm.com/attendee-registration. Registration is for qualified buildings, facilities and property management professionals.

What are the SFBFM 2027 show hours?

On Wednesday, July 14, 2027, the SFBFM exhibit floor is open 10:00 am to 2:30 pm and the conference runs 9:30 am to 2:30 pm. Details are on sfbfm.com/show-facts.

Is lunch provided at SFBFM?

Yes. SFBFM holds a Networking Luncheon on July 14, 2027 from 12:30 pm to 1:30 pm, open to all exhibitors and attendees, with free food, beer, wine and soft drinks.

Who attends SFBFM?

SFBFM attendees are facility managers, property managers, building owners and operators, chief engineers, and plant and maintenance engineers from across South Florida, including Miami, Fort Lauderdale and West Palm Beach.

What will I see on the SFBFM trade show floor?

The SFBFM expo hall features companies displaying products and services for the operation, management, maintenance and renovation of buildings and facilities in Florida, with hands-on access to new products and technologies.

Does SFBFM offer education sessions?

Yes. SFBFM runs a free educational conference alongside the trade show, made up of one-hour talks on topics such as LEED, green building, sustainability, energy, building commissioning, facility maintenance, construction and renovation planning. The session schedule will be posted at sfbfm.com/conference-schedule-coming-soon.

Can I bring colleagues to SFBFM?

Yes. SFBFM encourages attendees to bring their whole company, and attendance is free for each qualified professional who registers at sfbfm.com/attendee-registration.

Is there an age requirement for SFBFM?

Yes. No one under 18 is allowed at SFBFM.

The SFBFM exhibitor service kit at sfbfm.com/sfbfm-2026-exhibitor-service-kit links to booth furnishing packages, exhibitor badge orders, the show program listing form, electrical ordering and the decorator's exhibitor service manual for shipping and freight. For SFBFM 2027, exhibitor set-up is Tuesday, July 13, 2027 (12:30 to 4:30 PM) and dismantle is Wednesday, July 14, 2027 (3:00 to 8:00 PM). Questions go to ProExpos at (510) 888-1661.
